R. W. (Reg) Perry, formerly a professional engineer and construction company executive, established his law practice in 1995. His practice emphasizes construction and design issues; collection matters and construction liens; real estate legal services from property acquisition through final construction and project acceptance; business law for new and expanding organizations and restructuring to accommodate expansions; and estate planning. Mr. Perry was first admitted to the Bar in 1969 (State of Oklahoma) and is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Oregon. He earned his BS degree in civil engineering from Oklahoma State University and his law degree from Oklahoma City University. He is currently chair of the Oregon State Bar Lawyer Referral Services Committee and is a member of the Construction Law, Real Estate and Land Use, and Estate Planning and Administration sections. He is a member of the Panel of Arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association and serves on the arbitration panels of the Multnomah, Washington and Clackamas County Circuit Courts.

Doris Winegar practices in the areas of family law, emphasizing divorce, custody, support, and paternity as well as the areas of estate planning and personal injury. She graduated from Portland State University with high honors and received her J.D. from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College where she was a member of the Moot Court Honor Board. She is currently a member of the Family Law and Litigation Sections of the Oregon State Bar as well as a member of the Washington County Bar Association. She is a current member of the Oregon Women Lawyers and Washington County Women Lawyers of which she was a board member for two years. She is a member of the Tualatin Chamber of Commerce and a past director. Ms. Winegar volunteers her time representing victims of domestic violence and to the Washington County Senior Law Project providing free legal advice to senior citizens. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
